Roles & Responsibilities :
1.Oversee the hostel admissions
2.Address problems regarding running of the mess
3.Recommend disciplinary measure in case of violation of rule by staff or students
4.Maintenance of hygienic in and around hostel and canteen
5.Make frequent visits to monitor the regular activities of the girls in the hostel.
6.Conduct periodical meetings with student representatives to redress their grievances.
Term : Two Years and shall continue to be in force until reconstruction.
Meetings : Once after every examination session, the meeting may be scheduled as and when necessary.
